The first of my new series of paintings featuring musical instruments and different aspects of nature. This series explores the connection between life and music. 

This painting in particular features different wildflowers native to the Midwest; Cosmos, Black-eyed Susan, Sweet Joe-Pye-weed, and Echinacea flowers.
